Farer Fersko
Led by Jack Fersko, the real estate & redevelopment practice group is highly regarded for the wealth of its experience and sophistication in approach to:

~ Structuring and completing complex commercial transactions, particularly real estate purchases, sales, leases, development and financing, and complex condominium formations

~ Contractual allocation of environmental risks in transactions

~ Balancing environmental concerns with practical commercial goals in real estate and business transactions

~ Land use issues, including land use applications, appearances before planning boards and negotiation of redevelopment agreements with New Jersey municipalities

~Negotiating and implementing agreements for solar electric collection systems including Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) agreements, Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and easements

~ Risk-reduction strategies in acquisition and redevelopment of contaminated properties including brownfields sites

~ Handling formation of corporations and other business entities, legal problems relating to business activities, mergers and dissolutions, shareholder and employment agreements, and other business agreements and issues
