Best Lawyers in America 2009 Recognizes Farer Fersko Attorneys

The 2009 edition of "Best Lawyers in America" , which will be published in print in December 2008, recognizes four attorneys from our firm for excellence in their practice areas:

  • As in past years, David Farer and Jack Fersko are named in the areas of Environmental and Real Estate Law, respectively.

  • Ann Waeger, who was named in 2008 in the area of Real Estate Law, is recognized this year in both Real Estate and Environmental Law.

  • John Reilly is named for the first time in Best Lawyers 2009 in the area of Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law.
