David Farer Named to American College of Environmental Lawyers
Our partner David Farer has been invited to become a Fellow in the prestigious American College of Environmental Lawyers (ACOEL).
ACOEL is a professional association of preeminent private sector lawyers who concentrate their practice in the field of environmental law. ACOEL members are dedicated to maintaining and improving the ethics and practice standards of their profession and to contributing to the ongoing development of environmental law at both the state and federal level.
David, who founded and chairs our firm’s Environmental and Brownfields practice group, is honored to be the first New Jersey attorney appointed to this highly selective association, which was founded in 2007. He is a member of ACOEL’s Executive Committee and serves as co-chair of the group’s Program and Education Committee. Additional information about ACOEL can be found at www.acoel.org .
