John Hague Set for New Jersey Real Estate Seminar on September 26

On September 26, John Hague, counsel in our firm and a member of our Real Estate and Redevelopment practice group, will participate in a one-day seminar presented by Lorman Educational Services in Parsippany, NJ. “Real Estate Development from Beginning to End in New Jersey” will explore economic, legal and practical issues facing developers and their advisors within the state.

John’s presentation will focus on construction financing and will provide information related to due diligence, approvals and appraisals, preparation for closing, construction liens, title insurance issues and loan payoff.
