Richard Ericsson to Chair and Moderate “Brownfields: Getting the Deal Done” at ABA Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources Fall Meeting September 26-28

On September 26-28, Richard Ericsson will travel to Pittsburgh, PA to attend the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy, and Resources Annual Fall Meeting. Richard, a director in our firm and a member of our Environmental and Brownfields practice group, currently serves as chair of the Section’s Environmental Transactions & Brownfields Committee.

For his presentation in Pittsburgh, Richard has assembled a panel of experienced brownfields practitioners for a program entitled “Brownfields: Getting the Deal Done,” which he will both chair and moderate.
