Jack Fersko Appointed as Group Vice-Chair of ABA Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law; Will Present Program at Section Fall Meeting September 27-29

Jack Fersko, Chair of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group and a director in our firm, was recently appointed to serve as Leasing Group Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law, Real Property Division. The two-year appointment immediately follows Jack’s tenure as Chair of the Section’s Industrial Leasing Committee.

On September 27-29, Jack will attend the RPPT Section’s Annual Fall CLE meeting in Vancouver, Canada, where he will present a program entitled “What Every Leasing Attorney Needs to Know about Insurance.” Click here to view the course brochure in PDF format or visit www.abanet.org/rppt .
