Ann M. Waeger Named to CREW Network Board of Directors

Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, the industry’s leading advocate for the success of women in commercial real estate, has elected our partner Ann M. Waeger to its 2010 Board of Directors. This prestigious and high-profile appointment is reflective of Ann’s stature on the national commercial real estate front.

CREW Network’s membership is comprised of over 8000 commercial real estate professionals in 68 chapters across the U.S. and Canada. The group’s mission is to advance the success of women in commercial real estate by serving as a key educational and industry resource. Ann has been a CREW Network member since 1997, and on the local chapter level is a past President and current Director of ICREW NJ.

Ann practices in our firm’s Real Estate & Redevelopment group. She advises clients on matters related to industrial and commercial real estate transactions, the formation of business entities and the financing of real property and business assets. Ann handles major brownfields redevelopment projects and has achieved national prominence for her specialized concentration in the use of environmental insurance polices in connection with contaminated property and brownfield deals, and as a component of overall risk management programs, including the role of environmental and property insurance policies in “green” deals.
