Ann Waeger to Speak at 2007 ICSC Law Conference in San Diego, CA

Ann Waeger will participate in a seminar entitled “An Ounce of Prevention: Evaluating and Managing Environmental Risks in Today’s Marketplace” at the 2007 International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) 2007 Law Conference, which takes place October 24-27 in San Diego, CA.

A member of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group and a director in our firm, Ann’s presentation will encompass an overview of contractual documents, environmental risk allocation, representations and warranties, indemnities, financial considerations and the use of environmental insurance as a risk management tool.

The ISCS is the global trade association of the shopping center industry. Its membership includes shopping center owners, developers, managers, marketing specialists, investors, lenders, retailers and other professionals, as well as academics and public officials.
