Ann Waeger Speaks on Emerging Issues in Environmental Insurance at New York State Bar Symposium

On November 10, 2006, our partner Ann Waeger joined a prestigious panel of national experts to address key topics in the field of environmental insurance. “Emerging Issues in Environmental Insurance” was co-sponsored by the NY State Bar Association’s Environmental Law Section, Environmental Insurance Subcommittee, and the NJ State Bar’s Environmental Law Section.

Ann participated in a two-part Interactive Hypothetical, which explored the environmental insurance claims process from both the Insured’s and the Insurer’s perspective, and included an update on the environmental insurance marketplace and recommended strategies for effectively handling claims under the new environmental insurance policies.

Ann is a director of our firm and a member of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group. She speaks regularly on topics related to environmental insurance claims and products.
