Ann Waeger to Lecture at ICSC RECON Convention in Las Vegas

Our partner Ann Waeger travels to Las Vegas to attend the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Global Retail Real Estate Convention (RECON) from May 18-21, 2008.

RECON is a comprehensive four-day networking, deal making and educational event. The largest retail real estate industry event in the world, RECON is expected to draw approximately 50,000 members of the international retail real estate sector. The convention is sponsored by ICSC, the world’s largest retail real estate trade and professional association with more than 70,000 members in over 100 countries.

At the conference Ann will be joined by a panel of her fellow Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network members for a presentation entitled “I Spy: Spotting Non-Traditional Retail Polluters – Keep Your Tenants Green and Clean.” The program will explore a range of issues and topics including valuation, architecture, environmental insurance, law and brokerage.
