Ann Waeger and Susan Karp Present Members Educational Program on Brownfields Redevelopment for ICREW NJ

On May 15, 2008, our partners Ann Waeger and Susan Karp will present a special ICREW NJ members’ educational presentation entitled “Brownfields Redevelopment in N.J.; Up Close and Personal.” The luncheon program will be held at the Shackamaxon Country Club and marks Ann and Susan’s first collaboration as co-presenters.

The program will present a comprehensive overview of the brownfields process, including a discussion of the statutory and contractual components of brownfields deals and an exploration of resources and incentives available to brownfields redevelopers. Ann and Susan, members respectively of our Real Estate & Redevelopment and Environmental & Brownfields practice groups, will frame their presentation within the context of a hypothetical case study of a successful brownfield project based upon our firm’s extensive experience within that arena.
