David Farer and Ann Waeger Lecture at Annual ALI-ABA Advanced Course on Environmental Insurance

On May 8 - 9, 2008 David Farer once again chaired the annual American Law Institute – American Bar Association advanced course: “Environmental Insurance: Emerging Issues and Latest Developments on the New Coverage and Insurance Cost Recovery.” The program was held at the Taj Boston, and for the first time was also available via live video webcast.

This year’s program also included a new session on global warming claims, including discussion of claims to date and anticipated trends on damages resulting from climate change.
