Jack Fersko and Ann Waeger participate in ICLE Seminar Addressing Leasing, Construction & Insurance Issues

On May 22, 2007, Jack Fersko and Ann Waeger were among the faculty for the second in a series of three one-day seminars presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education on “In-Depth Commercial Real Estate Practice.”

Jack Fersko served as Program Coordinator and Moderator for the series. He also led an afternoon workshop addressing issues related to construction, office and retail leasing, and insurance.

Ann Waeger lectured on how commercial and residential developers can use environmental insurance as a risk management tool when developing on a contaminated land site. She also participated as a panel member in a workshop addressing industrial and environmental issues.

Jack Fersko and Ann Waeger are directors in our firm, and practice within our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group, which Jack Fersko chairs. Both are members of the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL).
