Anthony Giountikos and John H. Hague, members of our firm’s Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group, will be on the faculty for “Representing Parties in Multiple Unit and Mixed Use Property Transactions” to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education(ICLE) at the New Jersey Law Center in New Brunswick on March 11, 2008.

Anthony, counsel in the firm, advises clients on the formation, operation, purchase and sale of businesses and real estate ventures. He has strong experience in handling transactions involving multiple dwelling and mixed use properties, including restaurants. Anthony will serve as program moderator, and will also present a segment addressing a range of issues related to the formation of contracts for mixed use transactions.

Our partner John’s presentation will focus on land use issues and other concepts related of mixed use development, including the particularities of transactions involving condominiums, childcare establishments, nail salons and dry cleaners. John has extensive experience handling all aspects of land use applications, including appearances before planning boards and negotiation of redevelopment agreements with New Jersey municipalities.
