David Farer and Jack Fersko named in “Best Lawyers” and Eight of Our Lawyers named as New Jersey “Super Lawyers”

Jack Fersko and David Farer have been selected for inclusion in the 2007 edition of “Best Lawyers in America.” David was recognized in environmental law, Jack in real estate.

The firm is also pleased to announce that seven of our partners were named in the 2006 “Super Lawyers” compendium issued by the publishers of “Law & Politics” and “New Jersey Monthly” magazines, based on a survey of 35,000 lawyers around the state. Henry Farer, Jack Fersko and Ann Waeger were named as top real estate lawyers, and David Farer, Richard Ericsson, Jay Jaffe and Marcie Horowitz were name as top environmental lawyers.
