Farer Fersko Names New Equity Principal

Farer Fersko is pleased to announce that Jay A. Jaffe, a Partner in our firm, has been named as equity principal effective January 1, 2007.

Jay joined our Environmental & Brownfields practice group in 1989. He counsels clients in assessing, avoiding and confronting liability under federal and state environmental laws, and has extensive experience with complex projects involving the acquisition, cleanup and redevelopment of brownfields sites. He is well practiced in overseeing and coordinating environmental due diligence investigations, as well as negotiating agreements with federal and state environmental agencies.
