Susan Karp Named Director of ICREW NJ

Our partner Susan C. Karp has been named to the Board of Directors of Industrial Commercial Real Estate Women of New Jersey (ICREW NJ).

Susan, who assumes the role of ICREW NJ Recording Secretary, has helped spearhead the development of numerous educational and networking programs for the group in recent years. She has addressed the membership on topics such as brownfield redevelopment and New Jersey’s new site remediation legislation.

Susan is a member of our Environmental and Brownfields practice group, counseling clients on issues related to contaminated site remediation, brownfield redevelopment, environmental compliance and cost recovery. She has particular expertise in the area of financial incentive programs, grants and loans applicable to cleanups and redevelopment projects.
