Robert Stout Has Article Published By American Bar Association

Robert A. Stout, Jr., an associate in our firm’s Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group, had his first article published this month in RPPT eReport, the online newsletter of the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Real Property, Probate and Trust Law.

Robert is one of four attorneys whose “101” practice tips appear in the newsletter’s For Young Lawyers section. Titled “Commercial Leasing 101,” the article addresses the critical provisions of commercial leases and various issues related to drafting and negotiating these documents. Robert is an active member of the ABA, where he has served as a member of the House of Delegates and is currently Vice-Chair of the Young Lawyers Division Real Property Committee.
