Jack Fersko Leads ICLE Seminar Series on Commercial Real Estate Transactions

On December 5, 2006, our partner Jack Fersko co-chaired “In-Depth Commercial Real Estate Practice – Part I”. The program was the first in a series of three one-day seminars to be presented by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education

Jack developed this program, which he co-moderated, with respected commercial real estate attorney David S. Gordon, to address a full range of Purchase and Sale, Environmental and Land Use Issues, with the objective of providing detailed instruction and an in-depth exploration of the problem solving techniques which are essential for all transactional lawyers practicing within the state’s commercial real estate arena.

In 2007, Parts 2 & 3 will address such critical topics as leasing, construction, insurance, financing, ADR, tax strategies and condominiums. Additional details on these programs will be announced as they become available.

Jack Fersko is Chair of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group and a director in our firm. He is a member of the prestigious American College of Real Estate Lawyers (ACREL), and currently serves as Chair of ACREL’s Land Use and Environmental Committee.
