John Hague Speaks on Issues Impacting New Jersey Land Development
John Hague, counsel in the firm, was on the faculty for a December 6, 2006 seminar in East Brunswick, NJ, entitled “The Development Approval Process,” sponsored by Lorman Education Services .
The seminar was designed to provide real estate industry professionals (attorneys, engineers, developers, planners, owners, architects, brokers, lenders and land use officials) with a broad-based overview of legal matters that may impact attempts to obtain approval for land development in New Jersey, including general and specific plans, zoning laws and the public hearing process.
John addressed a range of topics which included:

He has extensive experience handling all aspects of land use applications, including numerous appearances before planning boards and negotiation of redevelopment agreements with municipalities. He is also highly experienced in real estate sales, leases and financing.
