John J. Reilly Speaks at CLE International Seminar on Eminent Domain

Our partner John J. Reilly was a member of the faculty for CLE International’s 4th Annual Eminent Domain Seminar in downtown Newark on April 17, 2009. The program was developed as an educational and networking opportunity for developers, planners, appraisers, brokers, lawyers and other government and private industry professionals.

John’s program on “Presenting Your Case” offered practical tips for attorneys to use in their presentation of condemnation cases, including techniques for preparing and managing witnesses, presenting the case to the jury, and the importance of effective demonstrative evidence in a condemnation action.

John Reilly chairs our firm’s Litigation and Condemnation practice group. He concentrates in condemnation, eminent domain, redevelopment, environmental litigation and real estate. He is certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney pursuant to stringent standards established by the Court’s Board on Attorney Certification.
