Opportunity for attorney with 8-10 years of experience and portable book of business to join our boutique commercial real estate and environmental law practice. Ideal candidate will have background in transactional real estate work involving commercial, industrial, multi-family condominium and retail properties. Knowledge of brownfield redevelopment a strong plus. Experience in related practice areas (construction law, utility and energy law, land use law) is also highly desirable. Must be admitted to New Jersey bar and have excellent writing and communication skills

SUMMER ASSOCIATES

Each year, Farer Fersko seeks summer associates for its Environmental & Brownfields practice group and Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group. The summer associates assist in preparation of seminar materials and other scholarly publications, including course materials for annual American Law Institute-American Bar Association (ALI-ABA) seminars presented by partners in those practice groups, and with ongoing client-related matters as needed.

Applicants must be in their second year of law school, top third of class, and have superior research and writing skills.
