Sarah S. Marcus is an associate in the firm and a member of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group.

Sarah’s practice concentrates on the representation of businesses, real estate owners, developers, landlords and tenants.

After her second year of law school, Sarah was a summer associate at Farer Fersko, working with Jack Fersko and Ann Waeger of the Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group, on research and preparation of course material for ALI-ABA and ACREL.

After her first year of law school, Sarah worked as a judicial intern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, in Newark, N.J.

From 2001-2003, Sarah was a legal assistant at the law firm of O'Melveny & Myers LLP in San Francisco, assisting with litigation matters.

Sarah received her B.A. in Art History from Vassar College in 1999, and her J.D. from Tulane Law School in 2006.

Sarah’s interests include art, jogging and nutrition.
