Robert A. Stout Jr. is an associate with the firm and a member of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group.
Robert concentrates his practice on the representation of businesses, real estate owners, developers, landlords and tenants.
Robert graduated from Pace University School of Law in 2005 with a certificate in Environmental Law. During law school, Robert served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pace Environmental Law Review. In 2003, Robert placed first in the American Bar Association’s Negotiation Competition, and went on to place second in the International Negotiation Competition, held in Paris, France, where he served as United States representative.
While in law school, Robert served as a Law Clerk with the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Office of Water. He was also a judicial intern for the Hon. Daniel D. Angiolillo, Justice of the Supreme Court, Ninth Judicial District of New York.
Robert is active in the American Bar Association, where he has served as a member of the House of Delegates. He is currently Chair of the Young Lawyers Division Real Property Committee, as well as the Young Lawyers Division Liaison to the Section of Real Property, Trust & Estate Law. Robert also serves on the Executive Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, where he is implementing the Wills For Heroes® Program in New Jersey. The program provides support services and pro bono estate planning services for emergency first responders and public safety providers.
Prior to law school, Robert received an undergraduate degree in History from Siena College in Loudonville, NY.
Robert is licensed to practice law in New Jersey. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Robert’s interests include traveling, history, and national politics and policy. He is also an active member of the Alert Hook, Ladder and Engine Company #1 of Congers, New York.
