Regina E. Schneller is counsel in the firm and a member of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group.
Regina’s areas of practice include commercial real estate transactions, formation of business entities, counseling corporate clients in day-to-day operations, estate planning, estate and trust administrations, and tax issues.
Regina was an attorney with the firm of McAloon & Friedman, P.C. in New York City prior to joining our firm.
Regina is licensed to practice in New Jersey and New York and she is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
Regina attended St. John’s University and in 1987 received her Law Degree from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she was a Managing Editor of the Woman’s Annotated Legal Bibliography. Regina obtained an L.L.M. in Taxation from New York University School of Law in 1993.
Regina’s interests include her family, reading, gardening and racing thoroughbred horses. Regina is general counsel to The Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, a foundation dedicated to rescuing and retraining thoroughbred race horses.
