Anthony Giountikos is counsel in the firm and a member of our Real Estate & Redevelopment practice group.
Anthony is deeply involved in the representation of businesses, real estate owners, developers, landlords and tenants. His services include dealing with the formation, operation, purchase, sale, leasing, financing, and refinancing of businesses and real estate ventures. He is especially experienced in secured transactions involving multiple dwelling and mixed use properties, including restaurants.
Anthony was an associate in the commercial litigation department of Pierson & Morris, P.C., in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. From 1986 until joining our firm, he was a partner with the firm of Williams & Giountikos, in Clark and Livingston, New Jersey.
Anthony is admitted to practice in New Jersey. He is a member of the American Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
A native speaker of Greek, Anthony is a member of several Hellenic-American cultural, professional and business organizations.
Anthony earned his Bachelor’s Degree with distinction from The Pennsylvania State University. In 1984, he received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law, where he served as co-chairman of the International Law Society.
He lives in Marlboro Township with his wife Eve and their two sons, John and Michael. His interests are his family, playing and coaching soccer, music and reading.
